Introduction

Accelerate your preparation for the Certified Business Analysis Professional™ (CBAP®) or Certification of Competency in Business Analysis (CCBA®) certification exams by attending this boot camp. Developed and facilitated by CBAP instructors, this boot camp provides an in-depth, structured approach to understanding the Business Analysis Body of Knowledge® (BABOK®) v3.0. Attendees will learn test taking strategies and gain an understanding of the exam format and the types of questions that are asked on the CBAP certification exam. Gain the knowledge and skills to ensure you are prepared for the exam, while enhancing your business analysis skill set.

Solidify your learning experience through the incorporation of gamification throughout the course. This unique approach takes a typical memorization-heavy class structure to the next level by allowing the application of material for maximum retention.

By attending this course, students will be prepared to take both the CCBA and CBAP certification exams.

Objectives

  • Prepare to pass the Certified Business Analysis Professional™ (CBAP®) and Certification of Competency in Business Analysis™ (CCBA®) exams

Student Profile

Business analysts, project managers, system analysts, team members and, in general, anyone with experience in analytical work and interested in obtaining CCBA/CBAP® certification.

Prerequisites

To attend this boot camp, it is advisable to have experience in business analysis functions. All students wishing to sit for the exam must also possess minimum experience requirements to be eligible to sit for the exam.

Course Materials

Each student will receive a copy of the course documentation prepared by Netmind and a copy of the IIBA’s A Guide to the Business Analysis Body of Knowledge®  (BABOK®  Guide).

Methodology

Engaging and interactive course. Our instructors teach all course materials using the demonstrative method; the participants learn new concepts through exercises and real application practices.

Certification

Attending this course will prepare students to take the CCBA and/or CBAP certifications exams. Get the details on both certifications.

Additionally, students will earn 28 credit hours for their attendance.

Accreditation

A certificate of attendance will be issued to students who attend the course for at least 75% of the duration.
