To quote our instructor, Jacqueline, “We can’t just open a box, add water and poof – we’re agile, all our problems are solved!” Making the transition to agile from a waterfall or iterative development methodology is not a simple step by step process. There are many variables involved which can make it difficult.
As part of a crowd sourcing activity at the BBC Conference a couple of years ago, we asked BA experts and practitioners to share their experiences and ideas on how to help make the transition to agile a smoother process. We compiled their answers to create this Quick Tip.
