The focus of change management is on people and, therefore, good change management requires implementing a wide range of interpersonal skills such as communication, the ability to influence or persuade, generating motivation and resilience, and fostering critical attitudes, among many others. In addition, a Change Manager must be able to correctly prioritize actions based on their ability to maintain the momentum of change.<\/p><p>Through APMG, we offer two Change Management certifications: one on the practice of Change Management and another more specific one for Agile Change Management.
