Adaptive organizations <\/b>are designed to adjust quickly<\/b> by modifying their competencies, organizational structure and workflows to respond to new challenges caused by market changes, emerging technologies or new economic scenarios.<\/p>\n

One of the main challenges<\/b> for companies is to face organizational complexity using technologies and approaches based on obsolete management models.<\/p>\n

Miquel Rodriguez participated in the Global Scrum Gathering<\/em> with a talk on Designing Adaptive Organizations. He talked about the critical factors for an organization to adjust automatically<\/strong> and quickly by modifying its organizational structure and workflow to meet the new challenges caused by market needs, new technologies or new economic scenarios.<\/p>\n
