Participants will acquire the knowledge required to master business agility and become more competitive. They will discuss how to establish technical and team agility and how to organize and reorganize around value flow.\u00a0 They will also learn and practice the skills required to support and execute IP Planning events and coordinate multiple Agile Release Trains (ARTs).<\/p>\n<p>Participants will explore the importance of adopting a customer-centric mindset and a Design Thinking approach for agile product delivery. In addition, this course will enable them to understand and implement a Lean Portfolio Management function in their organization.<\/p>\n<p>Attending the course prepares students to take the exam and obtain the SAFe Agilist \u00ae (SA) certification.<\/p>\n<p>Now participants can also take the course remotely. That is, they can take this Leading SAFe\u00ae course online, with all the advantages of learning from home.<\/p>\n<div class=\"courseSubTitle\">\n<h2>Objectives<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<p>Upon completion of the course, participants will be able to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead the transformation toward business Agility with SAFe\u00ae.<\/li>\n<li>Become a Lean-Agile Leader.<\/li>\n<li>Understand customer needs with <a href=\"\/es\/curso\/design-thinking-fundamentals\/\">Design Thinking<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Enable Agile Product Delivery.<\/li>\n<li>Implement Lean Portfolio Management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Participants will receive:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Course registration includes:\n<ul>\n<li><em>Workbook<\/em>.<\/li>\n<li>Preparation and eligibility to take the SAFe\u00ae 6 Agilist exam.<\/li>\n<li>One year of membership in the SAFe\u00ae Community Platform.<\/li>\n<li>Certificate of course completion.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Participants must attend both days of the course to be eligible for the exam.<\/p>\n<div class=\"courseSubTitle\">\n<h2>Participant Profile<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>Executives and leaders, managers, directors, CIOs, and VPs.<\/li>\n<li>Development, QA, and infrastructure management.<\/li>\n<li>Program and project managers.<\/li>\n<li>Product and Product line management.<\/li>\n<li>Portfolio managers, PMO, and process leads.<\/li>\n<li>Enterprise, system, and solution architects.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"courseSubTitle\">\n<h2>Prerequisites<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<p>Anyone can attend the course, regardless of their level of experience. However, the following prerequisites are highly recommended for those who intend to take the SAFe\u00ae 6 Agilist (SA) certification exam:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>More than 5 years of experience in software development, testing, business analysis, product or project management.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in Scrum.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Participants who choose to attend the course remotely must have access to a computer in order to follow the sessions.<\/p>\n<div class=\"courseSubTitle\">\n<h2>Course Materials<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<p>Each participant will receive the official Scaled Agile documentation\u00a0<em>workbook<\/em>\u00a0from<sup>SAFe<\/sup>\u00ae.<\/p>\n<div class=\"courseSubTitle\">\n<h2>Methodology<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<p>Our face-to-face course is active and encourages participant engagement and involvement. This course is delivered face-to-face or in OpenClass format. The instructor will introduce the content using a demonstration-based approach through explanations, examples, and videos, among other methods.
