The Agile Team Facilitator (ATF) role is crucial in helping teams achieve this higher level of agile maturity. It\u2019s not just about running meetings and workshops though. The ATF also helps the teams with the mindset shift necessary to achieve true agility.<\/p>\n<p>This course will guide students through the role of the facilitator and the mindset needed as well as the skill set, techniques, and practice it takes to become an effective ATF. Participants will develop an appreciation for the art of facilitation as key to fostering collaboration and enabling self-organizing teams.<\/p>\n<p>Students who demonstrate understanding and application of the course materials will receive the ICAgile <a href=\"\/en\/icagile-certifications\/#icp-atflink\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Agile Teams Facilitation (ICP-ATF)<\/a> certification.<\/p>\n<h2>Objectives<\/h2>\n<p>At the end of this course students will be able to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Perform facilitation skills, especially as applied to Agile ceremonies, collaborative events, and other team \u201cmoments of truth.\u201d<\/li>\n<li>Apply their professional facilitation skills and techniques specifically within the Agile context.<\/li>\n<li>Understand the different roles of an agile coach, when, and how to activate facilitation.<\/li>\n<li>Utilize facilitation overcome challenges and strengthen the development of an agile transformation.<\/li>\n<li>Understand neuroscientific as the basis for learning and action.<\/li>\n<li>Provide mobilizing learning models.<\/li>\n<li>Take advantage of a catalog of resources and communication and facilitation techniques.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Student Profile<\/h2>\n<div class=\"mt-info-text\">People with previous experience in agile frameworks who are interested in the practice of coaching.<\/div>\n<h2>Prerequisites<\/h2>\n<p>Participants should have previous knowledge and experience in applying agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe.<\/p>\n<h2>Course Materials<\/h2>\n<p>Each student will receive a copy of the course documentation prepared by Netmind.<\/p>\n<h2>Methodology<\/h2>\n<p>Engaging and interactive course. Our instructors teach all course materials using the demonstrative method; the participants learn new concepts through exercises and real application practices.<\/p>\n<h2>Certification<\/h2>\n<p>Students who demonstrate understanding and application of the course materials will receive the ICAgile <a href=\"\/en\/icagile-certifications\/#icp-atflink\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Agile Teams Facilitation (ICP-ATF)<\/a> certification. This certification is part of the Agile Delivery Learning Roadmap and is one of two certifications in the Agile Coaching track. The second certification in the track can be earned by attending our <a href=\"\/en\/course\/agile-teams-coaching\/\">Agile Teams Coaching<\/a> course.
