They oversee the progression of an agile team to ensure the team\u2019s delivery of value to the organization. An effective Agile coach guides a team through the implementation of agile processes and is charged with encouraging teams and leadership to embrace the agile mindset. The Agile Coach\u2019s goal is to give agile teams the knowledge, tools, and training so that they\u2019ll be able to leverage agile to its full potential. They ask the right questions, provide mental and growth models, and challenge teams to deliver valuable solutions to the customer.<\/p>\n<p>Students who demonstrate understanding and application of the course materials will receive the ICAgile <a href=\"\/en\/icagile-certifications\/#icp-acclink\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Agile Coaching (ICP-ACC)<\/a> certification.<\/p>\n<h2>Objectives<\/h2>\n<p>At the end of this course students will be able to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Perform key professional coaching skills and know when to use them.<\/li>\n<li>Practice mentoring by offering their knowledge and sharing their experience while keeping accountability for taking action.<\/li>\n<li>Utilize insights from adult learning to amplify teaching, whether it\u2019s teaching the agile basics or teaching an advanced agile technique.<\/li>\n<li>Properly use many facilitation techniques with teams and emulate the expert modeling offered throughout the class.<\/li>\n<li>Understand team culture and relationships, the evolution of team development, how to move teams toward health and high performance, and practice designing a team start-up or reset.<\/li>\n<li>Articulate the key role of the Coach and understand how to help people change, specifically related to their agile role transition. Prepare yourself to conduct a pivotal conversation.<\/li>\n<li>Use different perspectives and determine ways to actively work with what they discover.<\/li>\n<li>Change the relationship with conflict and help the team learn to handle conflict well.<\/li>\n<li>Consciously \u201cdesign\u201d coaching\/mentoring relationships.<\/li>\n<li>Craft their personal coaching stance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Student Profile<\/h2>\n<p>People with previous experience in agile frameworks who are interested in the practice of coaching.<\/p>\n<h2>Prerequisites<\/h2>\n<p>Participants should have previous knowledge and experience in applying agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe.<\/p>\n<h2>Course Materials<\/h2>\n<p>Each student will receive a copy of the documentation prepared by Netmind.<\/p>\n<h2>Methodology<\/h2>\n<p>Engaging and interactive course. The instructor introduces content using the demonstrative method; the participants learn new concepts through exercises and real application practices.<\/p>\n<h2>Certification<\/h2>\n<p>Students who demonstrate understanding and application of the course materials will receive the ICAgile <a href=\"\/en\/icagile-certifications\/#icp-acclink\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Agile Coaching (ICP-ACC)<\/a> Certification. This certification is part of the Agile Delivery Learning Roadmap and is one of two certifications in the\u00a0Agile Coaching\u00a0track. The second certification in the track can be earned by attending our <a href=\"\/en\/course\/agile-team-facilitation\/\">Agile Teams Facilitation<\/a>\u00a0course.
