The class also covers recommended meetings, handling metrics, and setting policy.<\/p>\n<p>Implement continuous improvement for sustainable customer satisfaction.<\/p>\n<p>Attending this course is Step 2 in earning the <a href=\"https:\/\/netmind.net\/en\/kanban-university-certifications\/#kmplink\">Kanban Systems Improvement (KMP)<\/a> certificate.<\/p>\n<h2>Objectives<\/h2>\n<p>At the end of this course students will be able to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage evolutionary change<\/li>\n<li>Deal with resistance to change<\/li>\n<li>Implement feedback loops and continuous learning<\/li>\n<li>Implement and scale Kanban<\/li>\n<li>Balancing demand and capability<\/li>\n<li>Optimize flow and predictability<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Student Profile<\/h2>\n<p>This course is designed for professionals who are currently using a Kanban system, have prior experience with Kanban, or are currently in the KMP training series.<\/p>\n<h2>Prerequisites<\/h2>\n<p>Attendees are expected to have read \u201cKanban\u201d by David J Anderson or \u201cKanban from the Inside\u201d by Mike Burrows. Prior attendance in the <a href=\"\/en\/course\/kanban-system-design\/\">Kanban System Design<\/a> or <a href=\"\/en\/course\/team-kanban-practitioner\/\">Team Kanban Practitioner<\/a> class is preferred.<\/p>\n<h2>Course Materials<\/h2>\n<p>Each student will receive a copy of the official Kanban University documentation.<\/p>\n<h2>Methodology<\/h2>\n<p>Engaging and interactive course. The instructor introduces content using the demonstrative method; the participants learn new concepts through exercises and real application practices.<\/p>\n<h2>Certification<\/h2>\n<p>Attending this course is Step 2 in earning Kanban University&#8217;s <a href=\"https:\/\/netmind.net\/en\/kanban-university-certifications\/#kmplink\">Kanban Systems Improvement (KMP)<\/a> certificate.
