It is essential in all stages of product development and its use is compatible with all Agile methodologies.<\/p>\n<p>Individual and team level coaching isn\u2019t enough for large organizations going through an agile transformation. It is critical to understand that people and teams are working within a system and that system can hold them back from fully embracing agility or being successful in an agile environment. Systemic coaches help instill agility throughout the entire system in a pervasive and sustainable way.<\/p>\n<h2>Objectives<\/h2>\n<p>At the end of this course students will be able to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Understand\u00a0systemic thinking and\u00a0expand their capacity for action<\/li>\n<li>Develop team-specific and system-level skills in agile environments<\/li>\n<li>Understand how to implement the 11 core competencies of coaching<\/li>\n<li>Apply a methodology and tools\u00a0that facilitate the emergence of\u00a0teams\u2019 potential<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Student Profile<\/h2>\n<p>This course is designed for team members and\u00a0managers\u00a0who want to\u00a0expand their strategies and toolbox with a systemic perspective that facilitates the development of organizations open to learning.<\/p>\n<h2>Prerequisites<\/h2>\n<p>We recommended that students have knowledge and practical experience in coaching and\/or have attended our <a href=\"\/en\/course\/coaching-fundamentals-for-agile-environments\/\">Coaching Fundamentals for Agile Environments<\/a> course.<\/p>\n<h2>Course Materials<\/h2>\n<p>Each student will receive a copy of the course documentation prepared by Netmind.<\/p>\n<h2>Methodology<\/h2>\n<p>Engaging and interactive course. Our instructors teach all course materials using the demonstrative method; the participants learn new concepts through exercises and real application practices.<\/p>\n<h2>Certification<\/h2>\n<p>There is no official certification issued for attending this class.
