Introduction<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n

Design Thinking is one of most widely known ways today to apply what is traditionally called Human-Centered Innovation (HCI). This type of methodology proposes reversing the chain of creation to start by understanding and empathizing with people who have a need to be solved. Through the 5 stages of the methodology, you will be able to design solutions inspired by what users truly value, involving them throughout the entire process, from researching needs to creating and validating solutions.<\/p>\n

Objectives<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n

Upon completion of this course, participants will be able to:<\/p>\n

  • Learn basic Design Thinking methodology concepts.<\/li>\n
  • Learn and apply the 5 steps of the Design Thinking methodology.<\/li>\n
  • Identify and tackle “wicked problems”.<\/li>\n
  • Apply facilitating techniques in Design Thinking and Creativity sessions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Participant Profile<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n

    Project managers, analysts with responsibilities in projects, human resources directors, project directors, UX\/UI, and, in general, anyone involved in the creation of new products and services.<\/p>\n

    Prerequisites<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n

    No prerequisites are necessary.<\/p>\n

    Course Materials<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n

    Each participant will receive a copy of the course materials prepared by Netmind.<\/p>\n

    Methodology<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n

    Face-to-face, active, and highly participative course. The instructor will introduce the content using a demonstrative approach and participants will assimilate the knowledge through real-world application exercises based on a challenge to be solved.<\/p>\n

    Certifications<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n

    Assessment based on group and\/or individual activities. The trainer will provide ongoing feedback, at the end of each activity, and individually to each participant.<\/p>\n

    Accreditation<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n

    A Certificate of Attendance for course JJM 271 will be issued only to participants with an attendance above 75%, and a Diploma of Achievement will be awarded if they also pass the assessment test.<\/p>\n
