Participants will learn how to implement Kanban by understanding how work is currently organized and managed, identifying areas of dissatisfaction and transforming them into opportunities for improvement.<\/p>\n<p>Through simulations and practical exercises, they will experience how a Kanban system works and learn how to apply the <strong>Systems Thinking Approach to Introduce Kanban (STATIK)<\/strong>, with the aim of designing boards and systems tailored to their needs, allowing them to improve work visualization, manage workloads more evenly and increase delivery capability and predictability.<\/p>\n<p>This course provides professionals with tools to increase speed and responsiveness, improve visibility, communication, and collaboration within teams, and to strengthen governance and risk management with a customer-centric approach aimed at achieving sustainable results.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<div class=\"courseSubTitle\">\n<h2>Objectives<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<p>Upon completion of the course, participants will be able to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Understand and explain the fundamentals of the Kanban method, its principles, practices, motivations, and benefits.<\/li>\n<li>Design Kanban boards tailored to different types of services, visualizing workflows and associated risks while reflecting operational reality.<\/li>\n<li>Understand pull systems and how they help improve flow and reduce overload.<\/li>\n<li>Build single-service Kanban systems using the Systems Thinking Approach to Introduce Kanban (STATIK).<\/li>\n<li>Understand service classes and their impact on managing expectations, priorities, and outcomes.<\/li>\n<li>Manage commitment points and facilitate Kanban sessions that allow the team to organize themselves around work, fostering collaboration and decision-making.<\/li>\n<li>Use key metrics such as Lead Time, Cumulative Flow Diagrams, and Run Charts to drive continuous improvement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<div class=\"courseSubTitle\">\n<h2>Participant Profile<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<p>The course is aimed at <strong>any professional, team, manager, or leader from any company or sector<\/strong> who wants to understand and apply the fundamentals of the Kanban method in their daily work. Anderson<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<div class=\"courseSubTitle\">\n<h2>Course Materials<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<p>All participants will receive <strong>one month of free access to the <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/all.kanban.plus\/\"><strong>Better With Kanban+<\/strong> (BWK+)<\/a> platform, where they can access online the book &#8220;Discovering Kanban: The Evolutionary Path to Business Agility\u201d by David J. Anderson (the updated edition of the well-known &#8220;Blue Book&#8221;). In addition, they will have access to exclusive Kanban method content, including <strong>case studies, articles, posters, and videos<\/strong> that will enrich their learning and facilitate the practical application of what they have learned in the course.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<div class=\"courseSubTitle\">\n<h2>Methodology<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<p>The course is delivered in <strong>face-to-face or online<\/strong> format, with an active and participative approach. Participants will incorporate the knowledge through real-world application exercises, working on specific situations facilitated and guided by the trainer at all moments.
