El examen consiste en una prueba de una hora y media de duraci\u00f3n (comprobar para los no anglo parlantes) con preguntas tipo test, que habitualmente se celebra al final del curso.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><div class=\"courseSubTitle\"><h2>Requisitos previos<\/h2><\/div><p>Los alumnos deben poseer la certificaci\u00f3n de ITIL\u00ae 4 Foundation.<\/p><p>Es recomendable que los asistentes dispongan de m\u00e1s de 1 a\u00f1o de experiencia laboral en el sector TI.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><h2>Documentaci\u00f3n<\/h2><p>Cada alumno recibir\u00e1 un ejemplar de la documentaci\u00f3n oficial.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><div class=\"courseSubTitle\"><h2>Metodolog\u00eda<\/h2><\/div><ul><li>Presentaci\u00f3n de conceptos mediante diapositivas explicativas.<\/li><li>Debates con los alumnos de c\u00f3mo abordan en sus empresas los diferentes conceptos ITIL<sup>\u00ae<\/sup>.<\/li><li>Pr\u00e1cticas en equipos para afianzar los conocimientos.<\/li><li>Ejercicios de ex\u00e1menes de prueba para capacitar al alumno a superar el examen oficial de certificaci\u00f3n.<\/li><\/ul><div class=\"courseSubTitle\"><h2>Certificaciones<\/h2><\/div><p>Evaluaci\u00f3n continua en base a las actividades realizadas en grupo y\/o individualmente. El formador proporcionar\u00e1 feedback de forma continuada o al final de las actividades de forma individual a cada participante.<\/p><p>Por la asistencia a este curso se otorgan\u00a0<strong>24 PDUs del Project Management Institute (PMI)\u00ae.<\/strong><\/p><p>La realizaci\u00f3n del curso permitir\u00e1 la posterior realizaci\u00f3n del examen\u00a0<strong>ITIL\u00ae 4 Strategist: Direct, Plan and Improve.\u00a0<\/strong>El material del curso incluye el voucher de examen.<\/p><p><em>Desde el 1 de noviembre de 2019, la entidad certificadora autorizada (<a
