The objective of the course is for students to enhance their knowledge and application of the techniques necessary to efficiently perform the role of Scrum Master. In addition, they will learn new techniques to help properly address situations that may be confronted with in their daily work when applying the Scrum framework within a Lean-Agile philosophy.
At the end of this course students will be able to:
Those with previous knowledge and experience in Scrum, and especially those who are already playing the role of Scrum Master and want to perfect their techniques.
Participants must have prior knowledge and experience in Scrum.
Each student will receive a copy of the documentation prepared by Netmind and the book “Coaching Agile Teams” by Lyssa Adkins.
Engaging and interactive course. The instructor introduces content using the demonstrative method; the participants learn new concepts through exercises and real application practices.
There isn’t an official certification associated with this course. However, students will earn 14 credit hours for their attendance.
A certificate of attendance will be issued to students who attend at least 75% of the course duration.
