Introduction

The objective of this course is to provide students with the necessary skills to drive collaboration and build business value. In VUCA environments, systemic commitment is vital and requires empowered teams strongly linked to collaborative learning.

Objectives

At the end of this course students will be able to:

  • Understand collective intelligence and promote it utilizing a methodology and tools that encourage value contribution
  • Facilitate constructive exchanges of co-creation
  • Practice listening to facilitate communication and teamwork
  • Build collaborative environments that mobilize creativity, initiative, autonomy, cohesion, and cooperation

Student Profile

This course is designed for team members and managers who want to improve their personal and team relationships as well as acquire skills and tools that will enhance not only their development, but also that of their collaborators.

Prerequisites

There are no prerequisites to attend this course.

Course Materials

Each student will receive a copy of the course documentation prepared by Netmind.

Methodology

Engaging and interactive course. Our instructors teach all course materials using the demonstrative method; the participants learn new concepts through exercises and real application practices.

Certification

There is no official certification issued for attending this class. However, students will earn 14 credit hours for their attendance.

Accreditation

A certificate of attendance will be issued to students who attend the course for at least 75% of the duration.
