Introduction

The objective of this course is to provide students with the skills necessary to experience real world conflicts and learn to resolve them in a way that is not only productive, but also evolves personal relationships. Effectively resolving conflict can help create safe spaces for collaboration and facilitate cultural change towards more efficient agile environments.

Objectives

At the end of this course students will be able to:

  • Understand and normalize conflicts
  • Anticipate and competently manage conflicts when they do arise
  • Understand conflict as a source of learning
  • Manage stages of Non-Violent Communication to achieve results
  • Delve into self-awareness and understanding emotions

Student Profile

This course is designed for team members and managers who want to improve their personal and team relationships as well as acquire skills and tools that will enhance their ability to turn conflict into a productive experience.

Prerequisites

There are no prerequisites to attend this course.

Each student will receive a copy of the course documentation prepared by Netmind.

Methodology

Certification

There is no official certification issued for attending this class. However, students will earn 14 credit hours for their attendance.

Accreditation
