During these two days of training, you will experience how to improve the delivery of value to your customers, as well as to design a Kanban system oriented to your services.


At the end of this course students will be able to:

  • Understand how the Daily Kanban should be carried out
  • Design a Kanban board

  • Know how to manage day-to-day interruptions and multitasking
  • Design a Kanban system
  • Understand and apply the principles of the pull system
  • Understand the difference between resource efficiency and flow efficiency
  • Understand the service classes for task management

There are no prerequisites to attend this course.
