This class focuses on the roll-out and daily operation of a Kanban system. It shows how to manage and evolve a Kanban initiative over time without trauma. Learn how to improve agility with asymmetrical commitment and cadences. The class also covers recommended meetings, handling metrics, and setting policy.

At the end of this course students will be able to:
People who are currently using a Kanban system, have prior experience with Kanban, or are currently in the KMP training series.
Attendees are expected to have read “Kanban” by David J Anderson or “Kanban from the Inside” by Mike Burrows. Prior attendance in the Kanban System Design or other LKU Foundations-level class is preferred.
Each student will receive a copy of the official course documentation.
Engaging and interactive face-to-face course. The instructor introduces content using the demonstrative method; the participants learn new concepts through exercises and real application practices.
Attendance certificate will be issued only to students with an attendance of more than 75%, and diploma will be issued to students who pass the evaluation test.
This training is certified by Lean Kanban University. It is Step 2 in earning the Kanban Management Professional (KMP) certificate.
For attending this course, students are awarded 14 PDUs from the Project Management Institute.
