Attending this course is Step 2 in earning the Kanban Management Professional (KMP) certificate.

Student Profile

This course is designed for professionals who are currently using a Kanban system, have prior experience with Kanban, or are currently in the KMP training series.


Attendees are expected to have read “Kanban” by David J Anderson or “Kanban from the Inside” by Mike Burrows. Prior attendance in the Kanban System Design or Team Kanban Practitioner class is preferred.

Course Materials

Each student will receive a copy of the official Kanban University documentation.


Engaging and interactive course. The instructor introduces content using the demonstrative method; the participants learn new concepts through exercises and real application practices.


Attending this course is Step 2 in earning Kanban University’s Kanban Management Professional (KMP) certificate. (Step 1 is attending our Kanban System Design course.)

Additionally, students will earn 14 credit hours for their attendance.


A certificate of attendance will be issued to students who attend the course for at least 75% of the duration.
