The tools and technological capabilities available to us today give organizations the opportunity and ability to work in a more delocalized and global way. With many benefits also come new challenges – especially for those charged with leading these new virtual teams. Assuming a leader’s role does not change simply by the introduction to a virtual environment, challenges that might have already existed in the physical environment can be expanded when trying to overcome them virtually.
Throughout this course, students will learn to identify and constructively solve these challenges in a way that achieves a cohesive, productive, and trustworthy virtual team relationship.

This course is designed for anyone in professional in leadership positions, including Directors, Managers, Project Managers, Product Managers, Team Leaders, HR Managers, Agile Coaches, Scrum Masters, Developers, or anyone else who wishes to enhance their professional skill set by learning to develop people, teams, and organizational structures in a way that optimizes their ability to work remotely.
Attendees must have some experience leading teams.
Each student will receive a copy of the course documentation prepared by Netmind.
Engaging and interactive course. Our instructors teach all course materials using the demonstrative method; the participants learn new concepts through exercises and real application practices.
There is no official certification issued for attending this class. However, students will earn 7 credit hours for their attendance.
A certificate of attendance will be issued to students who attend the course for at least 75% of the duration.
