Introduction

Innovate, adapt or die. A past full of success does not guarantee our future. The digitization of business has seen large organizations fall, and digital businesses have created new players at an ever-unthinkable rate. The objective of this course is to provide students with the knowledge and skills needed to design new business models adapted to the digital world, based on the main trends that have accelerated innovation in multiple sectors and industries.

Objectives

At the end of this course students will be able to:

  • Understand how their organization creates, delivers, and captures value for customers
  • Design strategies for the creation of non-compete spaces
  • Apply a continuous innovation model to improve their businesses
  • Use visual techniques to facilitate and accelerate decision-making

Student Profile

Business Consultants, IT Directors, Technology Department Directors, Technology Project Managers, Project Managers,  Project Analysts, those responsible for projects, and in general, anyone who is responsible for bringing valuable ideas into the design of new processes, products, and solutions.

Prerequisites

We recommend attendees have some experience in designing solutions and project management knowledge.

Course Materials

Each student will receive a copy of the course documentation prepared by Netmind.

Methodology

Engaging and interactive course. Our instructors teach all course materials using the demonstrative method; the participants learn new concepts through exercises and real application practices.

Accreditation

A certificate of attendance will be issued to students who attend the course for at least 75% of the duration.

Certification

There isn’t an official certification associated with this course. However, students will earn 14 credit hours for their attendance.
