Introduction

Practical workshop to master retrospective techniques.

The instructor will present a series of exercises and simulations of different retrospective techniques and their practical application.

Objectives

At the end of this course students will be able to:

  • Know different ways to organize and facilitate a retrospective
  • Properly design a session and extract results from it
  • Use tools for visual management in a session
  • Perfect techniques and remade new ones

Student Profile

This course is designed for professionals who perform or want to perform the role of Scrum Master in agile environments. Facilitators in all types of organizations and environments who want to apply retrospective techniques in their work.

Prerequisites

Participants should be familiar with the agile work philosophy and, in particular, the Scrum framework.

Course Materials

Each student will receive a copy of the course documentation prepared by Netmind.

Methodology

Engaging and interactive face-to-face course. The instructor introduces content using the demonstrative method; the participants learn new concepts through exercises and real application practices.

Certification

There isn’t an official certification associated with this course. However, students will earn 7 credit hours for their attendance.

Accreditation

A certificate of attendance will be issued to students who attend the course for at least 75% of the duration.
