Introduction

The objective of the course is to present students with the knowledge and skills necessary to adapt internal processes in order to reduce the costs and risks arising from complexity.

Objectives

At the end of this course students will be able to:

  • Develop an attitude and behavior oriented towards value delivery to the customer
  • Simplify to reduce costs and risks from complexity
  • Distinguish between different types of complexity and how to approach them through the 5Ss
  • Learn to develop an action plan to declare war on complexity

Student Profile

Support professionals in direct and remote contact with the customer, providing functional support with ticketing tools and processes.

Prerequisites

There are no prerequisites to attend this course.

Course Materials

Each student will receive a copy of the course documentation prepared by Netmind.

Methodology

Engaging and interactive face-to-face course. Our instructors teach all course materials using the demonstrative method; the participants learn new concepts through exercises and real application practices.

Certification

There isn’t an official certification associated with this course. However, students will earn 4 credit hours for their attendance.

Accreditation

A certificate of attendance will be issued to students who attend the course for at least 75% of the duration.

  1. Establish the starting point
    1. Learn to identify complexity
    2. Understanding the “5s”
  2. Reduce the complexity in our organization
    1. Develop your own tool for self-diagnosing complexity based on the “5S” system
    2. Self-assess the complexity of the organization with the help of your own tool
    3. Visually represent the organization’s level of complexity
    4. Develop a contingency plan to correct the habits and practices that complicate work environments
