Introduction

The objective of the course is to provide students with the knowledge to integrate systems thinking as a discipline that facilitates the understanding and the relationship with the environment. Systems thinking is an approach to analysis that focuses on the interrelationships and dependencies between systems and how they relate to each other and the context of larger systems. Basically, taking all relationships into consideration.

In this course, students will learn how the reality of organizational complexity can be addressed with new perspectives and communications analysis. The students will delve into the team development transformation process and learn practices that will help them break down systems into parts in order to better understand them.

Objectives

At the end of this course students will be able to:

  • Understand System Thinking as the new management paradigm
  • Relate to systemic mental models
  • Promote collaborative learning environments

This course is designed for team members and managers who want to deepen their understanding of organizations and enhance their skills to address complexity using practical applications.

Prerequisites

There are no prerequisites to attend this course.

Methodology

Engaging and interactive course. Our instructors teach all course materials using the demonstrative method; the participants learn new concepts through exercises and real application practices.

Certification

There is no official certification issued for attending this class. However, students will earn 14 credit hours for their attendance.

Accreditation

A certificate of attendance will be issued to students who attend the course for at least 75% of the duration.
