Introduction

Project management has undergone a substantial change in recent years with the application of agile techniques. Transparency in the dissemination of information and the use of Kanban boards to show the status and progress of work has transformed offices and collaborative environments, with the appearance of whiteboards full of post-its, notes, and graphics.

The objective of the course is to provide students with the knowledge and skills necessary to apply visual management techniques in project management.
