Courses for Developers
Developers have traditionally worked autonomously and at times in silos. Transitioning to an agile team can be scary; the impact on developer is greater than to other team members who collaborate on a regular basis.
The agile Developer role is responsible for the design and development of a product that will enable the business to deliver value to its customers. An excellent developer is the heart of the “Do” piece of the agile learning and feedback cycle. It is ideally a multi-skilled role that takes responsibility for estimating, planning, and managing their work and reporting on the progress of the work, collaborates effectively within the team, takes responsibility for quality-driven development, understands user needs and strives to meet the needs while balancing business constraints, and communicates well with the rest of the team.
The following courses are a just a sub-set of our full catalog; we recommend these courses specifically for someone looking to develop their expertise as a Developer working on an agile team. We can assist in identifying which is right for you or your team. We are happy to help!
