Introduction
Our PMP® Project Management Professional Exam Prep Boot Camp course will prepare you for the PMP® certification. The objective of the course is to provide students with the knowledge, tips, and tricks necessary to gain an in-depth understanding of Project Management and successfully pass the PMP® certification exam.
In its “2020 Project Management Professional (PMP) ® Examination Content Outline”, PMI explains that the reality of the project managers profession has changed considerably in recent years. Today, project management professionals work in a wide variety of project environments and use different approaches to undertake them. Thus, the PMP® certification can no longer remain static without recognizing these changes.
To face this reality, PMI® has incorporated different management approaches into the PMP® certification, all of them necessary and focused on value delivery. According to their own words, this change means that approximately half of the exam will represent a predictive approach to project management, while the other half will represent an agile or hybrid approach.
With our methodology for teaching students the knowledge required to pass the certification exam, combined with Netmind’s in-person or online training and practical exercises to help them pass the exam, our students can prepare with confidence to achieve their goals.
You can take the PMP® Project Management Professional Exam Prep Boot Camp Online course without leaving home. If you are interested in other course with online training, you can visit our OpenClass page to learn about all the courses that can be taken from home.
