Belén Oller has over 10 years of experience supporting organizations across various industries in organizational transformations, particularly in the adoption of new ways of working. 

Throughout her career, she has worked with major clients in sectors such as finance, insurance, pharmaceuticals, retail, consulting, fashion, and energy, guiding them through complex change processes by applying change management, agility, and leadership strategies, with a practical and results-oriented approach. 

Since joining Netmind in 2019, Belén has led transformation projects and, since 2023, has taken on a key role as Account Manager, contributing to business growth and the evolution of the company’s value proposition. 

Her approach combines training and facilitation as key levers for change, with a strong commitment to improving work environments and helping both individuals and organizations grow.
