Felipe Bermejo

Netmind Director of Data & AI

Organizations that thrive are not the ones that know the most, but the ones that never stop learning.

Felipe Bermejo specializes in organizational transformation and talent development in complex corporate environments.

He supports organizations in designing models that connect strategy, culture, and capabilities, turning learning into a structural lever for change rather than an isolated initiative.

Felipe holds a degree in Business Administration and Management and has certifications such as Professional Scrum Master, Professional Product Owner, Lean IT Foundation, Design Thinking, and Team Kanban Practitioner. Since joining Netmind in 2018, he has worked primarily in Agile and technology environments, leading the definition of competency development frameworks, corporate universities, and strategic upskilling and reskilling programs.

Throughout his career, he has collaborated closely with organizations such as BBVA, contributing to the design and deployment of corporate universities, as well as the definition of learning governance models, adoption strategies, and the design of learning experiences in areas such as Data & AI, Agile, sustainability, leadership, and cultural transformation.
