María Anes has over 15 years of experience supporting organizations in the evolution of their culture, talent, and ways of working. 

She designs and drives people and culture transformations that turn business strategy into reality. She combines strategic vision, organizational design, and execution to generate tangible impact in areas such as agility, cultural change, learning, and employee experience. 

She works closely with executive teams to align culture, capabilities, and operating models, fostering environments where people can reach their full potential and contribute sustainably to business outcomes. 

She complements her consulting work with her role as a lecturer and mentor in strategic design and employee experience programs, integrating human centered design approaches and continuous learning to drive sustainable change.
