Introduction

Our PRINCE2 Agile® course invites you to step into a new approach to project management, integrating the most innovative agile methodologies with the PRINCE2 framework, allowing you to take advantage of the flexibility and adaptability of Agile without losing the control and structure of PRINCE2.

This training will be your first step towards an agile transformation and will help you understand how to improve your project management skills in a changing and dynamic environment.

Objectives

Upon completion of this course students will be able to:

• Prepare for PRINCE2 Agile® Foundation certification and demonstrate understanding and competence in the application of PRINCE2® principles and practices in an agile environment.

This PRINCE2 Agile® course is aimed at project management practitioners and leaders who wish to combine the benefits of PRINCE2® and agile methodologies.It is designed for project managers, project team members, programme managers, project directors, project managers, business analysts and anyone involved in the successful execution and delivery of projects.Suitable for anyone who needs a greater understanding of the principles underpinning PRINCE2® in Agile environments, its process model and themes, as well as those who wish to gain official PRINCE2 Agile® Foundation certification and demonstrate their competence in applying these approaches in a business environment.Essential for those who, having extensive knowledge and even experience in project management, are unaware of a true methodology that explains the essential fundamentals of project management in changing and highly uncertain environments.

There are no prerequisites to attend this course.

Course Materials

Each participant will receive a copy of the documentation created by Netmind and a copy of the official PRINCE2® Agile® manual, both in English.

Methodology

Engaging and interactive course. Our instructors teach all course materials using the demonstrative method; the participants learn new concepts through exercises and real application practices.

Certification

At the end of the course, students will receive a voucher to take the proctored online exam.

As of 1 November 2019, the authorised certifier body (AXELOS) makes it a mandatory requirement to take the exam associated with this training.

The conditions of the additional Certification services are subject to the terms of the licence holder or the authorised certifier body.

Accreditation
