Gabriel Casarini has more than 22 years of experience helping teams and organizations improve their productivity, quality, and delivery capabilities. 

He is an Agile Coach, Software Architect, and Lead Expert at Netmind, specializing in agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, TDD, and Lean Startup. He supports teams in adopting more efficient ways of working, combining strategic vision, technical excellence, and an increasing focus on Data & AI for decision-making and value creation. 

Throughout his career, he has led technological and organizational transformation initiatives, acting as a consultant, mentor, and trainer. His experience in software development, integration of open-source tools, and use of data and AI enables him to connect agile strategy with its technical implementation. 

He combines his professional work with teaching Agile and Scrum, fostering more autonomous, accountable teams focused on continuous improvement.
