He supports executive teams and transformation offices in redesigning their operating models, helping them align strategy, execution, and organizational culture. His approach seeks to ensure that agility goes beyond a methodological framework and becomes a true competitive advantage, connecting strategic vision with tangible results. 

He designs and implements scalable models based on SAFe, OKRs, and Flight Levels, generating measurable impact on time to market, strategic focus, and organizational efficiency. He has extensive experience in Business Agility, product innovation, and change management, working with frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, Lean, SAFe, and LeSS, and integrating structured approaches to drive sustainable value delivery.
