Ana Aranda is a Lead Business Consultant at Netmind, where she supports organizations in business transformation processes, project management, and the adoption of agile models, combining strategic vision, operational experience, and a strong people focus.
She has over 30 years of experience in product and project management, business development, and team leadership in multinational environments. For much of her professional career, she worked at Ericsson, holding various positions of responsibility such as Project Manager, team leader, and coordinator in global-scale initiatives.
Since 2016, she has been part of Netmind, where she delivers consulting services in project management and business agility, collaborating with organizations across different industries to improve their ways of working and organizational capabilities. Since January 2023, she has been the Director of Netmind’s Madrid office.
Her approach integrates agile methodologies, advanced project management, and human skills, with the aim of generating sustainable business impact.
