Transforming the technology workforce means empowering talent so that strategy and execution move forward together.

 

Iván Martín has over 20 years of experience in technology consulting, specializing in business strategy and the management of talent, processes, and technology within large organizations. 

He has worked at firms such as Accenture, Eraneos (formerly Quint), and Manpower, leading and contributing to numerous projects at both national and international levels, across technology departments as well as in enterprise-wide technology adoption. 

As head of the IT Workforce Transformation area, he ensures value delivery to clients through solutions based on Corporate Academies and Skills Development; adoption of frameworks and best practices in IT strategy and service and product management; digital transformation; and process optimization and continuous improvement, with recent success stories including Ferrovial, CEPSA, and BBVA. 

Throughout his career, he has worked with leading clients in sectors such as technology, banking, insurance, pharmaceuticals, and utilities. He is co-author of the book The Lean Playbook, published in Spain and the United States.
