The aim of this course is to provide students with the knowledge and skills needed to manage projects by applying the Agile Business Consortium’s Agile Project Management framework, as well as the details to implement the framework in their organization.

The Agile Project Management Handbook, published by the Agile Business Consortium, describes a framework for agile project management and delivery designed to help organizations and teams achieve results quickly and efficiently.

During this course, students have the option of taking the exams to receive the APMG AgilePM® Foundation and AgilePM Practitioner certifications.

At the end of this course students will be able to:

  • Identify the role of the Agile Project Manager and the other roles of the framework
  • Improve time-to-market and success rate of initiatives through stakeholder and development and demonstration of project control.
  • Obtain the AgilePM Foundation and AgilePM Practitioner certifications
