Introduction

This course enables participants to acquire the necessary skills to design the Azure AI solution. The course will help students by creating a customer support chatbot using artificial intelligence from the Microsoft Azure platform, including understanding the language and predefined AI functionality in Azure Cognitive Services.

Objectives

Upon completion of the course, students will be able to:

  • Analyze solution requirements
  • Design AI solutions
  • Implement and monitor AI solutions

Student Profile

The course is intended for cloud solution architects, Azure AI designers and AI developers.

Prerequisites

Before attending this course, learners should have:

  • Basic concepts of Azure
  • Understanding of Azure storage technologies.
  • Knowledge of C#

Course Materials

Students will receive a copy of the official Microsoft documentation in a digital format.

Methodology

It is an active and participatory course through demonstrations, practical exercises and user analysis of all theoretical topics taught by the trainer to address real cases regarding the related product.

In order to prepare for the associated Microsoft certification exam, the trainer will use different dynamics that allow group work in the classroom, such as challenges, assessment tests, and real cases.

Certification

This course is certified by Microsoft®.

Accreditation

A Certificate of Attendance will be issued only to students with an attendance of more than 75% and a Diploma of Achievement if they also pass the evaluation test.

2. Creation of bots

  • Introduction to the Bot Service
  • Creation of a basic chatbot
  • Trial with the bot emulator

3. Enhancing of bots with QnA Maker

  • Introduction of QnA Maker
  • Implementing a knowledge base with QnA Maker
  • Integrating QnA with a bot

4. Learn how to create language understanding functionality with LUIS

  • Introduction to language understanding
  • Creation of a new LUIS service
  • Building LUIS

5. Enhancing your bots with LUIS

  • Overview of language understanding for AI applications
  • Integration of LUIS and Bot to create an AI-based solution

6. Integration of cognitive services with bots and agents

  • Understanding cognitive services for interactions with bots
  • Performing sentiment analysis for your bot with Text Analytics
  • Detect language in a bot with Cognitive Language Services
  • Integration of computer vision with bots
