Improve Your Organizational Change Readiness Workshop

Introduction

According to data obtained from various sources (Kotter, McKinsey, and the Standish Group) the percentage of organizational change initiatives that are successful is around 30%. It’s a very low percentage, taking into account the constant and accelerated need to incorporate changes in companies in the XXI century, where uncertainty, variability, and complexity are normal.

So, we have to change – we know this. But are you prepared? How can you be more prepared?

This interactive workshop will walk you through the process of determining your organizational change readiness. We will work collaboratively to experience several techniques to define the “why” and reason for change, to help identify what drives you or holds you back from changing, to evaluate the impacts in a comprehensive manner, and to design strategies that will help you meet the challenges of change with greater guarantees of success.

Objectives

At the end of this course students will be able to:

  • Collaboratively define an inspiring vision of change that will generate consensus
  • Incorporate techniques to perform a complete change impact analysis
  • Identify the people impacted by the change and design strategies to mobilize them
  • Understand the elements in our environment that push us or hold us back from change
  • Analyze how prepared we are to change and define strategies to increase the probability of success of our change
