According to data obtained from various sources (Kotter, McKinsey, and the Standish Group) the percentage of organizational change initiatives that are successful is around 30%. It’s a very low percentage, taking into account the constant and accelerated need to incorporate changes in companies in the XXI century, where uncertainty, variability, and complexity are normal.
So, we have to change – we know this. But are you prepared? How can you be more prepared?
This interactive workshop will walk you through the process of determining your organizational change readiness. We will work collaboratively to experience several techniques to define the “why” and reason for change, to help identify what drives you or holds you back from changing, to evaluate the impacts in a comprehensive manner, and to design strategies that will help you meet the challenges of change with greater guarantees of success.

This course is designed for anyone who has responsibility for and/or is involved in organizational change processes and who have professional needs to implement changes in an agile and flexible way. From Agents of Change and Leaders of the organization at all levels to people in the Systems, Human Resources or Transformation areas (such as agile transformation offices or project and process offices).
There are no prerequisites to attend this course other than participating in the management of an organizational change, at any level of responsibility.
Each student will construct an action plan for their organization’s change strategy and will receive a report with the workshop conclusions.
Engaging and interactive course. Our instructors teach all course materials using the demonstrative method; the participants learn new concepts through exercises and real application practices.
There is no official certification issued for attending this class. However, students will earn 8 credit hours for their attendance.
A certificate of attendance will be issued to students who attend the course for at least 75% of the duration.
The 8 hours spent during the workshop will be spread over two sessions of 4 hours if presented in a virtual format and in one session if in-person.
