Innovate, adapt or die. A past full of success does not guarantee our future. The digitization of business has seen large organizations fall, and digital businesses have created new players at an ever-unthinkable rate. The objective of this course is to provide students with the knowledge and skills needed to design new business models adapted to the digital world, based on the main trends that have accelerated innovation in multiple sectors and industries.
At the end of this course students will be able to:
Business Consultants, IT Directors, Technology Department Directors, Technology Project Managers, Project Managers, Project Analysts, those responsible for projects, and in general, anyone who is responsible for bringing valuable ideas into the design of new processes, products, and solutions.
We recommend attendees have some experience in designing solutions and project management knowledge.
Each student will receive a copy of the course documentation prepared by Netmind.
Engaging and interactive course. Our instructors teach all course materials using the demonstrative method; the participants learn new concepts through exercises and real application practices.
