Introduction

What strategies can we use when designing a training course that will be delivered virtually? What is the best way to convert an exercise that works very well in the classroom to a virtual environment? How can we take advantage of exercises designed exclusively for remote training?

With Training from Behind the Screen, you will learn to design and facilitate live, virtual courses. In this OpenClass® training, you will learn the essential techniques and activities to connect with remote students interactively. In addition, students will practice with a complete collection of online tools to complement the training.

Training from Behind the Screen was designed to not only benefit trainers, but also for interactive webinars speakers, those responsible for HR, and in general, anyone who wants to learn how to capture a virtual audience’s attention and get their message across in a more understandable way.
