Introduction

The objective of this course is to provide students with the necessary skills and resources to drive change by acquiring a shared vision. Systemic work around a common purpose can accelerate the evolution of organizations, specifically those who are open to the understanding that their potential is greater as a whole rather than the sum of their parts. Teams that approach management with this concept at their core can use it as transforming energy.

Objectives

At the end of this course students will be able to:

  • Understand the potential of a relationship based on empathy and systemic creativity
  • Actively listen in a way that facilitates communication and teamwork
  • Share conversations and tools that stimulate progress and learning
  • Keep a common focus in sight and stay the course

Student Profile

This course is designed for team members and managers who want to improve their personal and team relationships and acquire skills and tools that will enhance not only their development, but also that of their collaborators.

Prerequisites

There are no prerequisites to attend this course.

Course Materials

Each student will receive a copy of the course documentation prepared by Netmind.

Methodology

Engaging and interactive course. Our instructors teach all course materials using the demonstrative method; the participants learn new concepts through exercises and real application practices.

Certification

There is no official certification issued for attending this class. However, students will earn 14 credit hours for their attendance.

Accreditation

A certificate of attendance will be issued to students who attend the course for at least 75% of the duration.
