Project management has undergone a substantial change in recent years with the application of agile techniques. Transparency in the dissemination of information and the use of Kanban boards to show the status and progress of work has transformed offices and collaborative environments, with the appearance of whiteboards full of post-its, notes, and graphics.
The objective of the course is to provide students with the knowledge and skills necessary to apply visual management techniques in project management.
At the end of this course students will be able to:
CIOs, Chief Technology Directors, Heads of Software Development or Technology Projects, Project Managers, Project Analysts, and in general, anyone who is using or planning to use agile project management.

Each student will receive a copy of the course documentation prepared by Netmind.
