Introduction

The Team Kanban Practitioner (TKP) course teaches the fundamentals of the Kanban Method and serves as a starting point for professionals who want to incorporate new work management practices to improve services and manage evolutionary organizational change “towards agility.”

In an 8-hour training format (a full-day intensive session or two 4-hour sessions), participants will learn how to apply Kanban principles and practices to their own context to better manage services, respond more quickly to customer demand, and optimize value delivery, improving outcomes in a sustainable way.

Through simulations and practical exercises, participants will understand the benefits of designing and implementing effective Kanban systems, learning how to create boards that enable clear visual management of different types of work, identify bottlenecks and associated risks, and improve team responsiveness.
