Introduction
In this official training course, you will understand the unFIX model and its organizational design patterns, practicing with its main tools. You will learn to design organizational structures based on team patterns, use decision-making and delegation methods to foster self-organization, and transform your organization by leveraging the benefits of leading agile scaling frameworks.
Objectives
Upon completion of the training, participants will be able to:
- Use the unFIX model and its organizational design tools and patterns.
- Analyze different scaling frameworks and use aFIX to design an organizational model that leverages the benefits of each.
- Design organizational structures using team patterns.
- Use decision-making and delegation methods to foster self-organization.
- Apply scaling patterns to design organizational growth.
- Identify and improve value streams using cadences, feedback loops, and dependency breakers.
Participant Profile
Management, CxOs, human resources, team leaders, agile coaches, product managers, Scrum Masters, change agents, organizational consultants, as well as anyone else responsible for team and organizational design.
Prerequisites
It is recommended that participants have a basic knowledge of project management and are familiar with Agile-Lean principles and methods.
Course Materials
Official course materials from unFIX, in both English and Spanish will be provided, as well as materials generated by Netmind.
Methodology
Face-to-face teaching (8 hours).
Online teaching in two 4-hour sessions.
Highly practical training, focused on understanding and applying the different unFIX tools and patterns using examples.
Certifications
Participants will receive a certificate of attendance issued by Netmind as an official unFIX Partner.
Accreditation
A Certificate of Attendance for the JJM 520 course will be issued only to participants with an attendance above 75%, and a Diploma of Achievement will also be awarded if they pass the assessment test.
