The objective of the course is to provide students with the knowledge and skills necessary to enter the world of coaching in an agile environment, applying frameworks such as Scrum.


At the end of this course students will be able to:

  • Understand what a coach is, what their competencies are, and the different dimensions of coaching.
  • Have a catalog of resources and techniques for communication and facilitation.
  • Understand the different kinds of intelligence (such as emotional intelligence) and how to apply them to coaching.
  • Master effective communication techniques in coaching work.
  • Understand how Agile Coaching differs, and how to do it.

Student Profile

People with previous experience in agile frameworks who are interested in the practice of coaching.


Participants should have previous knowledge and experience in applying agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe.

Course Materials

Each student will receive a copy of the course documentation prepared by Netmind.


Engaging and interactive face-to-face course. Our instructors teach all course materials using the demonstrative method; the participants learn new concepts through exercises and real application practices.


There isn’t an official certification associated with this course. However, students will earn 14 credit hours for their attendance.


A certificate of attendance will be issued to students who attend the course for at least 75% of the duration, and diploma will be issued to students who pass the evaluation test.
