Introduction

The objective of the course is to provide students with the knowledge and skills necessary to enter the world of coaching in an agile environment to support teams and facilitate the necessary meetings and workshops in frameworks such as Scrum.

Objectives

At the end of this course students will be able to:

  • Understand what a coach is, what their competencies are, and the different dimensions of coaching.
  • Have a catalog of resources and techniques for communication and facilitation.
  • Understand the different kinds of intelligence (such as emotional intelligence) and how to apply them to coaching.
  • Master effective communication techniques in coaching work.
  • Learn tools to design and facilitate agile frame meetings and ceremonies.
  • Understand how Agile Coaching differs, and how to do it.

Student Profile

People with previous experience in agile frameworks who are interested in the practice of coaching.

Prerequisites

Participants should have previous knowledge and experience in applying agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe.

Course Materials

Each student will receive a copy of the documentation prepared by Netmind.

Methodology

Engaging and interactive face-to-face course. The instructor introduces content using the demonstrative method; the participants learn new concepts through exercises and real application practices.

Accreditation

Attendance certificate will be issued only to students with an attendance of more than 75%, and diploma will be issued to students who pass the evaluation test.

Certification

There isn’t an official certification associated with this course. However, students will earn 14 credit hours for their attendance.
