The class includes a Kanban simulation game as well as interactive exercises to design an actual Kanban System.

This course is designed for professionals who are accountable for service delivery, managers, and team members who want to start a Kanban initiative or get more out of their current Kanban system.
Students are expect to have read “Kanban” by David J Anderson or “Kanban from the Inside” by Mike Burrows. Prior attendance in the Team Kanban Practitioner class is preferred.
Each student will receive a copy of the official Kanban University documentation. Students will also receive the eBook: “Kanban: Successful Evolutionary Change for Your Technology Business”, by David Anderson, or a 50% discount voucher for “Kanban from the Inside”, by Mike Burrows.
Engaging and interactive course. Our instructors teach all course materials using the demonstrative method; the participants learn new concepts through exercises and real application practices.
Attending this course is Step 1 in earning Kanban University’s Kanban Management Professional (KMP) certificate. (Step 2 is attending our Kanban Management Professional course.)
Additionally, students will earn 14 credit hours for their attendance.
A certificate of attendance will be issued to students who attend the course for at least 75% of the duration.
