The objective of this course is to provide students with the specific competencies to help teams in their transition towards an Agile culture. Systemic coaching favors open and committed relationships. It is essential in all stages of product development and its use is compatible with all Agile methodologies.
Individual and team level coaching isn’t enough for large organizations going through an agile transformation. It is critical to understand that people and teams are working within a system and that system can hold them back from fully embracing agility or being successful in an agile environment. Systemic coaches help instill agility throughout the entire system in a pervasive and sustainable way.

This course is designed for team members and managers who want to expand their strategies and toolbox with a systemic perspective that facilitates the development of organizations open to learning.
We recommended that students have knowledge and practical experience in coaching and/or have attended our Coaching Fundamentals for Agile Environments course.
Each student will receive a copy of the course documentation prepared by Netmind.
Engaging and interactive course. Our instructors teach all course materials using the demonstrative method; the participants learn new concepts through exercises and real application practices.
There is no official certification issued for attending this class. However, students will earn 14 credit hours for their attendance.
A certificate of attendance will be issued to students who attend the course for at least 75% of the duration.
