Introduction

Experience has taught us that organizations are Adaptive Complex Systems. Their ability to adapt to change, as well as their speed in responding to changing customer needs, are the keys to ensuring their ability to generate value. In this context, the ability of the people who are part of these organizations to share their knowledge and develop a culture of “learning and sharing” among peers is becoming increasingly important.

This course will provide participants with the necessary techniques and knowledge to successfully structure, design, and manage training.

Objectives

At the end of this course students will be able to:

  • Design a training program focused on learning (user-centered), relying on tools that provide other disciplines such as Design Thinking or Gamification
  • Design the learning experience
  • Plan the times (sequence the training)
  • Work the motivation of the students
  • Connect the participants to the course
  • Connect course contents to real-life application (transference)
  • Manage aspects such as verbal / body expression
  • Facilitate learning through action
  • Create an attractive environment in a learning event
  • Present content so that they are attractive and impactful

  • Training professionals who want to improve their skills.
  • Agile Coaches who need to strengthen their design and teaching skills in order to transfer knowledge to their teams.

Prerequisites

There are no prerequisites to attend this course.

Course Materials

Each student will receive a copy of the course documentation prepared by Netmind.

Methodology

Engaging and interactive face-to-face course. Our instructors teach all course materials using the demonstrative method; the participants learn new concepts through exercises and real application practices.

Certification

There isn’t an official certification associated with this course. However, students will earn 14 credit hours for their attendance.

Accreditation

A certificate of attendance will be issued to students who attend the course for at least 75% of the duration.

  3. Delivering training
    1. Motivating participants
    2. Gamification to enhance the experience
    3. The importance of verbal and nonverbal communication
    4. Toolkit for equipment facilitation
  4. Accompanying students: the importance of follow-up
    1. The challenge as a stimulus for the consolidation of knowledge
    2. Communities of Practice (CoP) – (what they are, how they work, how to take advantage of them, the role of revitalizing)
    3. Follow-up and Mentoring, and their role in training processes
