Courses for Agile Team Members

An Agile team consists of professionals who are working together to deliver value. Agile teams are structured and empowered by an organization to manage and organize their own work. While specific make up will vary from organization to organization (and maybe even from department to department), teams usually consist of analysts, developers, testers, and fully engaged subject matter experts.

They are self-organizing, cross-functional, and collectively include all the skills necessary to create a product. Individual team members may have specialized skills and areas of focus, but accountability for a product belongs to the team as a whole. The resulting synergy optimizes the team’s overall efficiency and effectiveness.

Agile team member responsibilities include finding solutions that meet the needs and goals for the project, providing recommendations on the features and functionality, ensuring the proposed solution is feasible based on the constraints and dependencies, finding ways to overcome technical obstacles, and keeping stakeholders informed and aware of risk and impacts to the project.
