Courses for Business Analysts

The Business Analyst role is responsible for ensuring the business vision is understood and shared by the team, for translating the business wants into true value-driven business needs, for helping the business understand how technology can leverage or constrain, and for validating that the team is delivering value. Among other more specific skills, the Business Analyst is responsible for ensuring that the requirements needed to refine user stories are excellent and well-understood by the entire team. While the PO may play the BA role on smaller projects, it is best to have both roles played by separate people on larger, complex projects.
