Helping teams self-organize and achieve useful collaboration requires the ability to plan and conduct effective team working sessions and meetings. The Agile Team Facilitator (ATF) role is crucial in helping teams achieve this higher level of agile maturity. It’s not just about running meetings and workshops though. The ATF also helps the teams with the mindset shift necessary to achieve true agility.
This course will guide students through the role of the facilitator and the mindset needed as well as the skill set, techniques, and practice it takes to become an effective ATF. Participants will develop an appreciation for the art of facilitation as key to fostering collaboration and enabling self-organizing teams.
Students who demonstrate understanding and application of the course materials will receive the ICAgile Agile Teams Facilitation (ICP-ATF) certification.
At the end of this course students will be able to:
Participants should have previous knowledge and experience in applying agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe.
Each student will receive a copy of the course documentation prepared by Netmind.
Engaging and interactive course. Our instructors teach all course materials using the demonstrative method; the participants learn new concepts through exercises and real application practices.
Students who demonstrate understanding and application of the course materials will receive the ICAgile Agile Teams Facilitation (ICP-ATF) certification. This certification is part of the Agile Delivery Learning Roadmap and is one of two certifications in the Agile Coaching track. The second certification in the track can be earned by attending our Agile Teams Coaching course. Netmind is accredited to certify students in both the in-person and live, virtual environments. Additionally, students will earn 14 credit hours for their attendance.
A certificate of attendance will be issued to students who attend the course for at least 75% of the duration, and diploma will be issued to students who pass the evaluation test.
